On November 5, 2013, an election was held which approved the legal of sale of alcohol within the city limits of Andrews.  Those categories which were approved are as follows:

1)  THE LEGAL SALE OF MIXED BEVERAGES IN RESTAURANTS BY FOOD AND BEVERAGE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS ONLY

2)  THE LEGAL SALE OF BEER AND WINE FOR OFF-PREMISE CONSUMPTION ONLY

Ordinance No. 1535 - Alcohol Sales

Applications can be submitted by mail along with any required information. All applications are processed on a case-by-case basis. The City's annual license fee will be accessed upon successful application with TABC.

Beer and Wine Retail
Required from all retail establishments seeking to sell beer and/or wine.

Restaurant with Alcoholic Beverage
Required from all restaurants seeking to sell alcoholic beverages.
