Volunteers are truly the key to our community.  Although we track volunteers and the hours they serve, there is no way to measure the difference each volunteer makes for their contribution.  Volunteers are invaluable.  But did you know… that when you volunteer you reap benefits that are invaluable?  According to HelpGuide.org the following are benefits of volunteering that make you feel healthier and happier:
