Water bills are mailed to customers the last week of each month and are due and payable by the15th of each month. A $20 late fee will be assessed on the 25th of each month for any unpaid balance.  If you have not received your bill or will need an extension on your bill to the end of the month, please call City Hall at 432-523-4820. Should you need an extension past the end of the month, please stop by City Hall, 111 Logsdon, prior to the last day of the month to make other arrangements.

If you are making an online payment for a deliquent account on the first workday of the month, you will need to call City Hall at 432-523-4820 and provide them with your confirmation number in order to get your water turned back on.

Registration is quick and easy:  Instructions.  Incorporated businesses will need to call 432-523-4820 for assistance with set up.

Your account may also be set up on an Automatic Draft through your bank – there is no cost for this service. Drafts are automatically drawn from your bank account on the 16th of each month.
