City of Andrews, TX

Pay My Citation

The City of Andrews accepts payments by cash, cashier's check, money orders, ATM debit card and credit card.  We offer four options for paying your citation(s).

Online Payments:
We offer an online service for paying your citation using a debit/credit card through a secure website.  You will need to register (set up an account), by typing in your citation number and your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy). Once in your account, you will be able to view your citation history with the Andrews Municipal Court. Note: this account only allows you to view your history with us and not the County or the rest of the State.

For Munipal Court credit card payments, we impose a surcharge of 2% on the total transaction amount, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

Please Note: These payments will now process immediately in our system, but it may take 2 -3 days to clear your warrant in other systems, such as the DPS database or the County system. If your ticket is in warrant status or you are making your payment on the last day, please call Municipal Court at (432) 524-2791 or City Hall at (432) 523-4820, then "Press 1" to reach Court personnel to stop any further enforcement procedures.

Payments by Mail:
Municipal Court accepts cashier checks and money order payments by mail.  All payments should be made payable to the City of Andrews and mailed within 10 days of the citation to:

          City of Andrews
          Municipal Court
          P.O. Box 576
          Andrews, Texas 79714

Payments In Person:

Payments may be made at City Hall, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  (If you wish to visit with the Judge, please note the Judge is not available on Fridays.)

Payments Thru IVR Number:
Debit or Credit Card payments made by calling 1-866-327-1811 will be processed thru Tyler Technologies which is an outside trusted source. There is a convenience fee set by the Vendor for this option. You must call Municipal Court to obtain the balance on the Citation before using this service.

If you are unable to pay this citation and meet the poverty guideline levels, you may be eligible for alternative methods to pay. A written request must be made with your plea to be placed on the "Hardship Hearing" Docket to have your case heard.
