Any registered, dangerous dog(s) in Andrews County should never be running at large. They are Court ordered to be restrained at all times and should be wearing a large red tag stating they are dangerous dogs and have attacked in the past. These animals also carry a $100,000 insurance policy under their homeowner's policy. If they attack again, the Court could order them to be euthanized.
