Late Charges
Payment is due on 15th of each month.   If payment is not received by the 25th of the month, a $20.00 late fee is added. Accounts not paid by the FIRST of the month will be assessed a $25.00 cut-off fee in addition to the previously assessed $20.00 late fee.

Water Rates
The following rates are effective October 1, 2022. 
The monthly rates and charges for potable water provided by the City shall be as follows:

Minimum charge – ¾” to 1” meter for 1st 2,000 gallons

Minimum charge – 1-1/2” & larger meter for 1st 2,000 gallons
