Water bills are mailed to customers the last week of each month and are due and payable by the15th of each month. A $20 late fee will be assessed on the 25th of each month for any unpaid balance. If you have not received your bill or will need an extension on your bill to the end of the month, please call City Hall at 432-523-4820. Should you need an extension past the end of the month, please stop by City Hall, 111 Logsdon, prior to the last day of the month to make other arrangements. Our Office Manager, Debbie Gomez, will be happy to assist you.
Water bills may be paid by credit/debit card though a separate vendor on a secure website: EZ-NETPAY. There is a small convenience fee that will be assessed to your credit/debit card for this service.
PLEASE NOTE: Since this payment method is through an outside vendor we may not get notified immediately of your payment. If you are making your payment on the last day as shown on the disconnect notice, please call City Hall with your reference number to ensure continued water service.
Your account may also be set up on an Automatic Draft through your bank – there is no cost for this service. Drafts are automatically drawn from your bank account on the 16th of each month.
