ONLINE PAYMENTS (after April 22, 2013)
We offer an online service for paying your citation using a debit/credit card through a secure website: https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/andrewstx. You will need to register (set up an account), by typing in your citation number and your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy). Once in your account, you will be able to view your citation history with the Andrews Municipal Court. Note: this account only allows you to view your history with us and not the County or the rest of the State.
For Munipal Court credit card payments, we impose a surcharge of 2% on the total transaction amount, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
Please Note: These payments will now process immediately in our system, but it may take 2 -3 days to clear your warrant in other systems, such as the DPS database or the County system. If your ticket is in warrant status or you are making your payment on the last day, please call Municipal Court at (432) 524-2791 or City Hall at (432) 523-4820, Ext. 238 to stop any further enforcement procedures.
