The City of Andrews accepts payments in cash, check, money orders, ATM debit card, and credit card. We offer three options for paying your citation(s).
Online Payments
We offer two online services for paying your citation using a debit/credit card through an outside vendor's secure website:
There is a small convenience fee that will be assessed to your credit/debit card for this service.
Please have your Citation Number and Amount to be Paid Available.
PLEASE NOTE: Since this payment method is through an outside vendor, we may not get notified immediately of your payment. If you are making your payment on the last day, please call Municipal Court at (432) 524-2791 or City Hall at (432) 523-4820, Ext. 238 with your reference number to stop any further enforcement procedures.
Payments by Mail
Municipal Court accepts check and money order payments by mail. All payments should be made payable to the City of Andrews and mailed within 10 days of the citation to:

In Person
Initial Appearance - Municipal Court located on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Payments may be made at City Hall, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
