The Board of Construction, Adjustments & Appeals has the power to hear appeals of decisions and interpretations of the Building Official and consider variances of technical codes. Membership of the board shall be composed of individuals with knowledge and experience in the technical codes, building industry representatives and member at large from the public not connected to the building industry.
