Texas Comptroller
Leadership Circle
    Platinum Member
The City of Andrews is committed to a long-term financial strategy which maintains the city's goal of efficient government (i.e., low taxes, low debt, etc.) and financial strength while balancing the desire to meet community needs. Long-term needs are met through "pay-as-you-go" fiscal policies. Depreciation is fully funded. The City also operates with a lower-than-average ratio of personnel costs to total operating expenses.

The City is proud to be one of the first Texas Comptroller Leadership Circle Platinum Members for its continued progress towards achieving financial transparency.
