PUBLIC NOTICE

The following pesons may have unclaimed property with the City of Andrews that is presumed abandoned and subject to Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. Any person possessing a legal or beneficial interest in the reported property may obtain information concerning the amount of the property by going to City Hall, contacting Steve Eggleston, Director of Finance, 111 Logsdon, Andrews, Texas 79714, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The owner may present proof of claim to the Director of Finance and establish the owner's right to receive the property.
