The City of Andrews offers two programs to encourage business development and stimulate revitalization of the retail district:  Retail Tax Abatement and Building Facade Improvement Program.

The Retail Tax Abatement program is designed to abate taxes on improved value for those businesses in the Central Business or Local Retail Local Districts doing renovations to their property that would potentially increase the value of their property.

The Building Facade Improvement Program is designed to encourage property owners to improve the exterior facade of their buildings.
