All registered dangerous dogs in Andrews County should never be running at large. They are Court ordered to be restrained at all times and should be wearing a large red tag stating they are dangerous dogs. They have attacked in the past. They also carry a $100,000 insurance policy under their homeowner's policy. If they attack again the Court could order them to be euthanized.
