In 2005, the City received a grant from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department allowing construction of a bird viewing area and separate Wetland park which includes a walking track and playground equipement, located on the northeast side of town.

Carter Park, located on the southwest side of town is also owned and maintained by the city and includes playground equipment and a walking trail.

Kids Kingdom playground is centrally located on the west side of Lakeside Park in the northwest side of town.  In addition to these city-owned parks, Andrews residents can also enjoy several parks owned and maintained by Andrews County.
