Judge's Hours:Monday & Tuesday - 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Wednesday & Thursday - 8:00 am to 12:00 noon JUDGE BLACK IS NOT IN ON FRIDAYS. Citations must be taken care of within 10 days of the date of the violation. You may now make your payment online by going to www.TrafficPayment.com, or go to www.go2gov.net/go/andrews or by calling 800-444-1187. If you are wanting to take Defensive Driving or make any other arrangements, please contact Judge Black within your ten days during the hours scheduled above. If your citation has already gone into Warrant status, please pay amount in full. Warrants are not removed until total amount is paid. To help save you any possible inconveniences, please keep a copy of your receipt on your person for at least two weeks in case the warrant has not cleared the other subsystems, and you are pulled over. All citations for minors under the age of 17: YOU MUST APPEAR IN OPEN COURT WITH A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
