Mayor Zap opened the second public hearing on a proposal to increase total taxable revenues from properties on the tax roll in the preceding year by 28.18%, keeping the tax rate at $.19661 per $100 valuation.  No citizen  was present to speak about taxation.  Mayor Zap closed the public hearing.
